Mind the Road wasn't designed in a boardroom. It was built by someone who's spent real time in the cab — who knows the long stretches, the silence, the pressure to keep moving when your mind tells you to stop.
Today, Mind the Road is a suite of three courses — covering driver wellbeing, supervisor duty of care, and FIFO and shift worker mental health. Not a single product, but a shared language for the whole operation. Mind the Road sits with drivers in the cab. Behind the Fleet sits with the supervisors, coordinators and managers who carry them. The Long Rotation sits with FIFO workers and shift rotators across mining, oil and gas, construction and transport.
Existing mental health training rarely lands with drivers. Too clinical, too corporate, too far removed from what life on the road actually feels like.
I built Mind the Road to close that gap. It speaks the language drivers already use. It respects their time, their pride, and the realities of the job.
It's not a tick-box exercise. It's a conversation the industry has needed for a long time.
Practical, honest mental health awareness that treats drivers as human beings, not compliance units.
